A first-degree relative (mother, father, or brother) must bear all expenses, and this person must present his financial status according to the above-mentioned documents and prove his family connection through the family book.

Documents of underage applicants
One parent must be present during the application and the consent document must be signed by both parents.
In the event of the death of one of the parents, the death certificate of the deceased parent or proof of death must be submitted by presenting the family book.

For those who are not Algerian citizens; The residency must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
Note: Applications will not be accepted without a valid residency in Algeria.

The family book (register) must be submitted in family applications.

Residency or work permit, if he had resided in Turkey before.
Residence document in case of residence in a country other than Turkey.
Previously obtained entry visa to Turkey, if any.
Current or previous Schengen/UK/USA visa if applicable.
