Overview:If you wish to travel to the United States for tourism, medical treatment, or business purposes, you can apply for the U.S. B1/B2 visa.Below are all the necessary details for applying.

lectronic Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form (DS-160)
A passport valid for travel to the United States, with a validity date at least six months beyond your intended stay
One photo, 2 inches × 2 inches (5 cm × 5 cm), taken within the last six months
A receipt showing payment of $190 USD for the non-refundable nonimmigrant visa application processing fee, paid in local currency. See this webpage for payment information
An interview appointment confirmation letter proving you booked an appointment through this service
Any supporting documents you believe strengthen the information provided to the consular officer
Application Steps:
Step 1:Complete the Electronic Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form (DS-160).
Step 2:Pay the visa application fee.
Step 3:Schedule an appointment.
Step 4:Visit the U.S. Embassy or Consulate at the date and time of your visa interview. Bring a printed copy of your appointment letter, your DS-160 confirmation page, a recent photo, your current passport, and all previous passports. Applications missing any of these will not be accepted.

Supporting documents are only one factor the consular officer will consider in your interview. Officers review each case individually, considering professional, social, cultural, and other factors. They may assess your specific intentions, travel plans, and long-term prospects in your home country. Each case is evaluated individually in accordance with the law.
Possible documents include:
Current proof of income, tax payments, property or business ownership, or assets
Your travel itinerary and/or other explanation for your planned trip
A letter from your employer stating your position, salary, length of employment, authorized vacation, and purpose of travel (if work-related)
Criminal record regarding any arrest or conviction, even if you completed your sentence or were later pardoned
Depending on your travel purpose, you may also bring:

Employment certificate and last three months’ payslips
For business owners:
Business registration and bank statements
For previous U.S. visitors:
Any relevant documents from your past visit
